Once you complete the Bridal Inquiry Form, I will respond to schedule the Bridal Introduction. The Bridal Introduction is a complimentary 15-30 minute phone conversation to introduce ourselves, discuss what you are looking for, what I offer, styling options, details of the wedding day, pricing, and booking the date for the Bridal Consultation.

The Bridal Consultation is required to begin the process of booking my services for your wedding. During the Bridal Consultation we will discuss and execute the style option/options discussed in our introductory consultation, pricing, coordinating scheduling with the Wedding Planner or Day of Coordinator, and any additional details you’d need from me as your Bridal Stylist. Consultations with the bridesmaids are at the discretion of the bride to be.

The Bridal Contract will specify all of the details discussed and agreed upon during the Bridal Consultation for the Wedding Day Bridal Styling including but not limited to styling, pricing, and travel accommodations. (Refer to Travel Fees below for details)

The contract will need to be completed and signed within 30 days of your Bridal Consultation, and a 50% Non Refundable Deposit for Wedding Day Bridal Styling is required to finalize booking, the remaining balance will be due the day of the Wedding.

DISCLAIMER: Wedding Day Bridal Styling includes BRIDAL STYLING ONLY. It does not include the necessary prep for Bridal Styling (i.e, shampooing, treating the scalp and hair, blow drying, flat ironing, adding clip-ins, sewing in extensions,etc.) I do not install Lace Frontal Wigs.

Any necessary prep for Bridal Styling must be scheduled prior to the date of the Wedding, and will be priced according to the services provided, (please refer to the Haircare Services menu.)

Wedding Day Bride 350

Executing the bridal style that was finalized and agreed upon during the Bridal Consultation.

Bridesmaids/Additional Guests 200 ea

Executing the bridesmaid style that was completed and/or agreed upon during the Bridal Consultation.

Day Rate 2,000 (The Day Rate is required for all Regional & Destination Weddings)

Executing a second style for the Bride if requested, and/or staying with the Bride and/or bridal party until the reception begins, providing touch-ups for the Bride and Bridesmaids as needed. Touch up’s include touching up styling, not a complete redo of styling. The day rate includes a max of 5 people (including Bride) receiving touch up services. Additional persons receiving services will pay the bridesmaids rate of 200ea.

Parties of 7 or more will require a second stylist.  Please email carayarose@artofbeautyhairstudio.com to inquire about larger wedding parties.

Any services starting prior to 8am will be a $50/hourly rate.

TRAVEL FEES- Pricing TBD

LOCAL WEDDINGS (Local Weddings are locations within 50 miles of San Francisco)

Travel fees for Local Weddings include gas based on mileage, toll, ride share, cab, rental car, parking, or valet.

REGIONAL WEDDINGS (Regional Weddings are locations more than 50 miles from San Francisco)

Travel fees for Regional Weddings include gas based on mileage, toll, ride share, cab, rental car, parking, valet, and hotel accommodations. Hotel accommodations must be agreed upon between myself and the Bride, arranged, and booked no later than 60 days prior to the Wedding date. Travel fees for hotel accommodations will be added to the Bridal Contract (other travel fee details are subject TBD based on current rates and will be invoiced and paid upon completion of Bridal Styling services on the Wedding Day).

DESTINATION WEDDINGS (Destination Weddings are locations outside of the Greater Bay Area Region, outside of the state of California, and outside of the U.S.)

Travel fees for Destination Weddings include round trip flight, toll, ride share, cab, or rental car, parking, and hotel accommodations. Hotel accommodations must be agreed upon between myself and the Bride. Round trip flight and hotel accommodations must be arranged and booked no later than 90 days prior to the Wedding date. Travel fees for roundtrip flight and hotel accommodations will be added to the Bridal Contract (other travel fee details are subject TBD based on current rates and will be invoiced and paid upon completion of Bridal Styling services on the Wedding Day).

The Bridal Contract for SF City Hall Brides will specify all of the details discussed and agreed upon during the Bridal Consultation (or the Bridal Introduction if the bride is unable to commit to a Bridal Consultation due to Travel from out of state or the U.S.).

The contract will need to be completed and signed within 30 days of your Bridal Consultation (or Bridal Introduction), and a 50% Non Refundable Deposit for Wedding Day Bridal Styling is required to finalize booking, the remaining balance will be due the day of the Wedding.

SF City Hall Brides have the option of in salon or onsite Bridal Styling services.

In Salon Bridal Styling 350

Executing the bridal style that was finalized and agreed upon during the Bridal Consultation/Introduction in the salon.

Onsite Bridal Styling 400

Executing the bridal style that was finalized and agreed upon during the Bridal Consultation onsite at your hotel or home. Requires Additional Travel Fees. Additional Travel Fees include gas based on mileage, ride share, cab, valet, or parking. Travel fees will be added to the Bridal Contract (travel fee details for ride share are subject TBD based on current rates and will be invoiced and paid upon completion of Bridal Styling services on the Wedding Day).

Onsite Bridal Styling with Touch Ups 600

Executing the bridal style that was finalized and agreed upon during the Bridal Consultation onsite at your hotel or home. Providing touch ups at City Hall for ceremony and/or photos. Requires Additional Travel Fees. Additional Travel Fees include gas based on mileage, ride share, cab, valet, or parking. Travel fees will be added to the Bridal Contract (travel fee details for ride share are subject TBD based on current rates and will be invoiced and paid upon completion of Bridal Styling services on the Wedding Day).
